Daniel M. Roldan has always expressed a talent for art since he was 3 years old. From reading the art history books, art books, as well as science books. An early reader and a strong head for science, and passion for art has always been his strength; exemplifying intense emotion and dynamic imagery. He enjoys the idea of being his own artist, and draws upon-from-within and in Nature, in which creates a style and design of his very own.

Danny was born and raised in the Upper West side of Manhattan-NYC. He graduated from the High School of Art and Design, and attended F.I.T & Parsons School of Design, and graduated with a BFA in Illustration and Animation.

Amongst numerous illustrations and paintings, Danny has creates 3D animations and 3D modeling. He has also incorporated his designs into his studio / website, Optikmass.com, born in the Fall of 2007. He builds his ideas from pure mindful creations, and surrealistic designs of complex swirls and movement of line. He expresses his style on poster prints, urban vinyl toys, and fashion. His design versatility is so expansive, his works are quickly gaining recognition around the world.
